Ones Darkness

Sitting in my darkness surrounded by oneself silence resonates, abounds ~ my life, like a space on an empty shelf Deeper into my thoughts I go whilst their shadows lacerate now truncated, unparallel I now await my fate My mind now twisted and torn open gapes show in deaths abyss who would have known, when born a moment his world would list Somewhere out in the darkness drifts a wandering, roaming soul who closed his eyes and entered his thoughts where he eventually reached his goal http://www.thehighlanderspoems.com/dark.php

Yes. This one touched me James. '...who would have known, when born'. I love that line. Very good work.

A very meditative write, sort of felt invited to the inner room of the self, and knew I had a master's art in my hand.
