I scream when I find one gray hair visible on top of my head I’m bereft; I stomp and I swear … there’s no point getting out of bed I WON’T apply Smelly hair dye! My girlfriends will giggle and stare, going gray is something we dread BUT no one would know it was there If I just remove it instead! I found out when you pull them out sometimes two grow back in. Haha. I got my first gray hair when I was only 16. A great entry! Congratulations on your wonderful win Jan! xxoo : )

This made me smile too, Jan! I had to finally succumb to the 'smelly hair dye' stuff! I'd be bald by now resorting to 'remove it instead'! Congrats on your win! Hugs, Sandra

You brought forth my laughter and concern because I thought the final two lines of each stanza had to have the same rhyme pattern. Oh, my brain - I had noted them as c/c and d/d yet still got it wrong! All fixed thanks to finding this. My gray began in 7th grade, each strand curly and my Mom loved plucking them so I relate to this, have for a long time! Hugs ... CayCay

I think you may have a winner here. Seems to me I remember my mother saying something to the effect, pull one out and you get two more to replace it. Hmm, I'm bald as a billiard ball. All gray would be welcomed.

Thanks Joe, I find grey hair on men soooooooooo attractive and balding men like Patrick Stewart and Sean Connery are gorgeous too although it could be something to do with their voices too:-0 hugs jan xxx
