On Moonbeam Trail
Stabs of the setting sun
Spasm of scarlet sorrow bleeds my horizon
Transcending the tides of strife
Tinged twilight starts the stellar symphony
With the crescendo of cascading stardust
On your cadence I float…a beguiled boat
Fervent wind on its fluttering sail
A voyage on ardent moonbeam trail
Finds the satin shore of your heart to anchor
No tempest to tame
The ancient mariner returns home.
