On corners of the moon I’ve laid out wishes, unrestrained letters

On corners of the moon I’ve laid out wishes, unrestrained letters, Locked in the crypts of the sky, a murmur of nostalgia, The nights are of ice, but hope carries the cold, I wander through the universe, seeking you among stars and alien nebulas. I cannot sleep, for you are my summer, and without you, time freezes over, Snow lays its cold cloak upon the heart that beats in waiting, I feel a hunger, like the wolf longs for the moon, Among the ruins that once were a temple to our union. I would like to touch the clover with my finger, to feel your cheek close, And my palm to slip over your warm skin, like a promise, To sip from your kiss, as from a glass filled with fine wine, And the sweet scent of you to cascade over me, down to the last drop. Every second and the longing that serenades me, Slips gently into my heart, a sin sweetened with the honey of dreams, I burn in your celestial flames, an angel on the altar of love, I will not be wasteful with love, but keep it for eternity. Embraced, we'll let yearning penetrate us, to let us breathe, And each night on watch, I sit quietly, Waiting for your love, and the sky will begin to snow heavenly, As you paint from words a portrait of a fulfilled love.
