Old Lovers

Here we sit: Fond love here, Wears mellow wit, Feels wonder cheer. You and I: Old lovers dear, Calm joy sighs, Feel light strokes here. Sit a while: Watch morning sun, Dance bold style, Feel fiery run. Old age knows: How fashions change, Touch now shows, New things seem strange. You and I: Such rustic feel, Magic highs, Breeze by goodwill. By this bench: Sit and hold hands, Sun beams drench, Love understands. Leon Enriquez 29 July 2018 Singapore
