It was a wee little pup I spied
I brought him home to my bride
A mistake indeed
on our floor he peed
Out Out Damned Spot, she cried
And so my pup had earned his name
Although he never felt his shame
He did it again
On no, my friend
Angry wife told me I was to blame
She told me the little pup must go
"I'm so tired of his bladder's flow"
Sorry, my dear
But I fear
My answer to your pleas is NO
Spot and I are now on our own
No more wife to nag and moan
I trained Spot
To use the pot
He's rewarded with a meaty bone.
