Ode To Zest
Day follows night,
Night follows day;
Set sight on light,
Go on your way.
Fest frames fond fit,
Wit primes warm zest;
Jest strings each bit,
Joy feels the best.
Light follows dark,
Dark follows light;
Torch with a spark,
Let zest burn bright.
Write in clear ode,
Watch verse lines cite;
Sense rhymes in code,
Now take a bite.
Play with crisp strokes,
Cast the fresh thought;
Plot then sure yoke,
Seize happy lot.
Watch how zest swings,
Be on with truth;
Time and space fling,
Love moves fine proof.
