So sad that most creatures have to suffer for things to get done. It's high time they leave the seas and Mother Earth alone.

It appears that the windmills have been shelved for now. I never cared for them.

Well said and 100% agree. Stop building and start refurbishing buildings. And stop hurting our sea life and other animals.

Wowser! I think those drones have far more sinister meanings. We won’t find out. Trump is president.. Higin’ Biden is a crêpe in my opinion. We’ll see what happens after he leaves.. I don’t know. Oh, merry Christmas. Pangie xx

Dear Hilda, a potent monoku that strike the soul deeply.. but other human activity in the form of ships that hit whales or fishing gear that entangles them is often the cause of whale deaths, especially on the East coast of the US. We need to do more to protect whales from all hazards in the ocean. Warmest wishes my poet friend.. ~Susan

So much said in so few lines. Much to contemplate here Hilda. I wish the human race would just leave mother nature alone. We need her more than she needs us. Cheers - Gary

Im reading alot about drones at the moment on platforms such as x too in US especially, so scary. And to do this to whales is just sad. As an islander and one that loves the ocean, i would say its sad so many do not care as much , and i could only wish the world will be full of people that actually care. Pleasure reading your powerful monoku. Hope holidays treat you well poetic soul. Sending you light always

Ohh this one hits! Death of whales and rising exploitation of nature by human greed, that's so unfortunate and disheartening. You've impeccably captured the thought-provoking essence here in this cleverly-crafted monoku. Always a pleasure to read your wonderful poetry, dear Hilda. Hope you are doing well! Sending you light always ~

The continual disregard as to conserving our planet's resources and protecting its animal populations, is quite alarming. We need to change. Great writing.

Where is today's Don Quixote to fight against these invasive, over-expensive windmills -- which are not going to solve any climate problems.

Death of whales is unfortunate. It shows that there is something toxic in the sea water. Great Monoku that tells so much.

Love the construction of this, Hilda. Each line has its say, and they all go together and clash like waves. No doubt those windmills make handy ocean 6g, or 7g or?? towers. Kill the whales for kilowatts

Such sick people to do this to whales. there are other places they can choose to locate these windmills I suggest they do. Nicely written Hilda...
