Occupied

I jotted down a thought but it led to a thought So out of the blue I'm weighed down With unarticulated ideas I scrubbed out the lines That were nothing much But the thinking created a space That doubt moved into and occupied So now I'm in the zone of not thinking The type of blocking that makes it feel there's a avalanche of bad thoughts Perhaps I need to let them gently float past As not looking at them gives them force Then I'm momentarily distracted And forgot I was trying not to feel bad There's just an echo of weight on my shoulders To be shrugged off

Live action shot of your mind DD...like Daniel, amazed how you keep the flow in focus. I can feel the energy...good one.

Thanks Paul, I throw these out there, they feel very simple and unsophisticated but then I've held the idea long enough to see how it ends so that at some point I might skip the experience in the middle. Thanks for your kind words

It's crazy to me how well you articulate your internal conflicts, DD. Muse on!

Thanks, I'm just trying to figure out how to expel them ideally.
