Well written and strongly expressed. Losing a pet is always a sad experience. Our cat had to be put down, aged 17yrs; still miss it after a couple of years. // paul

How sad it is to lose a beloved pet. To be with her while she's dying makes the passing even more difficult. My heart goes out to you and I could relate to the pain you expressed in this well-composed Fibonacci. Love, Carolyn

Oh, I remember you saying how sick your cat was and her age...I'm sorry for your loss...they do become part of our families, sometimes even closer than some family...it's better when the end is peaceful...hugs, Rhonda

So heart wrenching, Constance. it reminds me so much of the day I had to have Callie Cat put to sleep. We buried her out back by the porch. It is weird to know their life just goes out of them and they are gone. Oh my! Sorry for your loss.

Your touching poem made me tear up Constance because I still grieve my cat who passed away 9 years ago. They touch our lives in such a special way. I am sorry about your loss. Blessings, Connie 7
