I hope you get to it all, or at least 10% through You'll want to curl up in bed with a riveting book And stay there till the skies've refreshed their look Try on some clothes you've never worn before Grab a sandwich for lunch at the local deli and more Invite friends over for a few drinks and a chat Pore over graduation and wedding pics before that Declutter your closets, your attic or basement Clean the crevices of your house and the cracks in your casements Watch a movie or two, in good old black-and-white Crank out those emails or letters you've been planning to write Call all those friends and relatives who live so far away Plan out your next vacation: What you'll see; where you'll stay And at the the end of the day, when you need to regroup Treat yourself with a hot cup of tasty new Poetry Soup
