This poem was inspired by the new form of poem introduced in the contest and another contest with a theme, Noah's Ark.
In the beginning of the world
After creation has been told
Noah’s story became unfold
Precious as gold, precious as gold
God told Noah to build an ark
Since people sinned and chose the dark
This earth be washed leaving no mark
As rain will park, as rain will park
He went in with his family
Got animals in pairs only
Birds by twos- obeying gladly
Saved lovingly, saved lovingly
Flood rose higher than the mountain
Far beyond hundred days when drained
Out of the ark, they ain't in vain
New life again, new life again
