Nightmare
A nightmare?
What is it?
From where does it come?
What does it look like?
It comes from the fiery pits below.
It gushes out doom, gloom, and wow.
It's a 'Say it isn't so' moment.
It's the negative 'suddenly'.
It's the rape of a dream.
It's an invasion of our stable reality.
It's a tear-drop without a pinch of sugar.
A cry that rips the heart into bits and pieces.
