Nameless, Nightmare, Neglect words

NIGHTMARE
Nightmare irritates
coming frequent in sleep
always frightening.
Me mostly attacked - harassed.
Bad dream compels me to scream.
Sweet Dreams so rare !
Nightmare is terror to me.
Extreme disturbance.
Even own scream in my sleep
wakes me up giving relief.
May be a desease,
sort of nervous disorder,
my inheritance.
My Dad also screamed in dream..
Suffocated suffering !
