New Beginnings

New Beginnings Daylight is coming, after a long dreamless night. Will I bend to the light,or see shadows, where none is in sight. He never promised rainbows after every rain, Only that He is there, always the same. Life never will be like before, Not two, one now remains. Let the tears stop and smiles reclaimed. Stand tall, feel the encompassing warmth all around. The hurt raw, will be tempered with time. New interests will begin, Then,I may be whole again. Reminds me I seem to make my own shadowsbutthankfull am able to deal with the shortcomings. As you say, rainbows aren't there after every rain but faith can be. Lovely Anne! :)

Reminds me of what they say in my synagoague on Friday nights - "You are loved by an undending love". You might want to take a look at "Paul's Gone" which is about my later father. Peace & Love Matthew Anish

You are so right! God never promised "rainbows after every rain." We just have to trust that he will lead us along his chosen path and set free our concerns.
