Nature of Love
Love is like a wistful cloud;
In summer, rarely seen yet touches all,
In winter, embracing the Earth.
Love, the first apple plucked from the tree;
Sweetest and juiciest of fruit
And none compare.
Love flowing in torrents as a stream
Rolling eddies of emotion
In cleansing waters of the heart.
And love that whimsical breeze,
Teases the falling leaves of autumn
Before gently laying them to rest.
