We are nature... bodies functioning to the cadence of the universe. From our smallest cell to the trunk of our waist, we mimic Mother Natural. Our lives are the stories of the stars and our footsteps pass dandelion seeds on to fertilization and new life. We are the tenders of the garden au naturel, feathering our homes for comfort. Moods, spirits and human waters rise and fall with the waxing and waning of the moon while the children of the wind, earth fire and air touch and taste each other’s elements. We are made of hydrogen, oxygen and calcium, nature's gases and chemicals like the Periodic Table. We are seasonal and change like the days with times of brightness and darkness, warmth and cold, stormy then serene as summer rain. Our skin hues are a human rainbow while cells outnumber the grains of sand. We are nature, flourishing like flowers, aging and then plucked. So, rejoice, rejoice in the grandness of the Body Universe Connection for the more you know about yourself the more you know about the world. 5/7/2021
