My Worth

Written: by Tom Wright February 2015 My worth Is determined by who I am, Not in things I possess, Or people I know, Or others expressed sentiments. But in things Under God’s watchful eye, Perhaps unseen by man, That made ones walk less difficult. And whether recognized, or not, That’s cool with me, For I’ll continue the same; A thought Our eyes often convince us, of things, that aren’t real, But our tongue oft reveals how we truly feel. Tom
