Think it's time to turn in my keyboard
Seems my lims are no longer adored
Twas only a matter of time
That these sillies of mine
Would become boring and yummy no more

Hi Jack, I think I can speak for most here at the soup, we adore you and your limericks. I apologize for not visiting you much, but I must say that I haven't that active on the soup like I was in the past. I also know that when people don't make comment on our writes it's doesn't feel good. However I don't let it bother me any more. I hope this not farewell my friend. Jack, I think you are excellent at limerick, and as for readers visiting and commenting, we all have noticed there is less these days, poetry soup is not the same as it was, perhaps too many members and those of us who have been here a long time just get lost in the mix, or time, time is everything because there is not enough of it. I have poems with no comments that end up winning in contests, so what is that about ?? Anyways perhaps reconsider if that is the only reason.
