My soul's legacies I am endless like the Universe
My soul's legacies
(I am endless like the Universe)

When I was young
They tried to silence me
They tried to tame me
They tried to break me in
Like a wild, passionate stallion
I was bold and majestic and strong
They were the jealous ones
For they could never hear my song
I could hear it in the trees
I could hear it in the flowers
I could hear it in the bees
I could hear it through the hours
I could hear it in the sun
I could hear it in the waves
I could hear it in the moon
I could hear it night and day
And they who were limited
They who couldn't control me
They would seek to diminish me
They would pretend I was no threat
But my power was and remains
For I am endless like the Universe
Nothing will contain me
Your egos will always be laid bare
Now that I am older
My voice is mightier than ever
It rings clear and true
For I have only become better
You who do not have it
Integrity and light souls
You can only imagine
If you could overcome your darkness
I am the strength in humanity
I am that unbreakable spirit
You cannot ever dream to be me
For I am beyond your limits
I am endless freedom
I am atoms and quarks and energy
Forever will I exist beyond your reach
Where Heaven keeps my soul's legacies
So, tread lightly through the world
Be kind to hearts and minds
Remember that you can only aspire
If you don't become a better soul over time
