My Soul Iq

My Soul IQ, in general, is fine, but nowhere near as high as that of souls who live a life as though it is divine - humanitarians with lofty goals like Ghandi and the many others who affect great changes in society. I think of common folks who also do uncommon good and who unselfishly give so much of themselves to those in need, like those adopting orphans. That’s a lot! I can’t imagine doing such a deed. I’m not that generous with time I’ve got. I’m patient and I’m kind, but next to some, my Soul IQ is like that of a crumb! June 22, 2019 For the Soul IQ Poetry Contest of Chantelle Anne Cooke

This is really funny and honest. I want you to know that in my experience, it's the people who have no pretensions and are straightforward and honest, who don't make much of themselves, who truly are great souls. The poem scans perfectly by the way, a beautiful sonnet!

I love the title to this. Truly, I'd rather be known for having a high soul IQ than the other. And you my friend, have a beautiful soul IQ. <3

You are certainly prolific! My soul is not the equal of the great souls either. But I am trying to improve! Peace & Love Matthew Anish

Hello Andrea … these people are living angels. They do so much, expect little, apart from feeling that they doing good, and they are - Lindsay

Good poem by a truly good person. There are millions of people doing good today. We won't hear their names. But they are out there, serving humanity at this very second. PR

Just think about it, Andrea.....those souls you speak about might be thinking the same about you! We reach our goals not by imitation, but by being who we are. ~ Best regards // paul

Soul IQ takes many forms...some can help the world..some just family..either way is a great deed. Much to ponder in your poem..well said, Andrea.
