My Reflection

As I look at my reflection, I see a woman that's lost her way, a woman who no longer cares for herself. Her eyes have seen so many tears as she grieves the loss of the woman she once was. Her heart is heavily burdened with doubt nd sorrow, broken dreams and promises. She has become consumed with negativity and despair. She was once full of life and her spirit could never be broken. She has seen and felt things that would last a lifetime, she is nothing more than a memory. She was once never worried about why her future would bring. She lived in the present and in the moment one day at a time. I miss her and hope for her return. She was once loved by many because of her humility and kindness. She was always humble and wore her heart on her sleeve. She lived unconditionally and never turned away those in need. Where she has gone is unknown, I don't recall when or Where I lost her. With each passing day a little more of her fades away until she will be no part of me. She will never know how much she meant to those whom loved her so, or see the difference she made in people's Lives. I've been searching for many years and yet I have not found her. She struggles to find he way back to the present day. The longer she stays lost, the higher the risk of never finding her, no chance for recovery and lost forever. If you could walk on her shoes you would understand what she's been through. Her soul was once strong and full of life, now she's weak and losing her light. She has fought so many battles and lost but never gave up. She needs to remember who she once was. She needs to feel happy and loved, to become the woman she once was.
