My Own Reverie
I sat at the ocean, on top of piles of rocks
The waves were high today
The white foam came rolling in toward me
A sailboat passed by in the distance
The beach was my own for a while
Water splashed against the rocky shore
I could hear the stones clicking in the water
With each wave that rolled them around
I found my specials rocks to collect
Seabirds were swimming and diving
Between the waves, I watched them
Peace rolled in to me, continuously
--- As I sat in my own reverie ---
