My Only Girl

Will you be my only girl, my heart's only fount for whom solely gushes the sweet affection flow? Of such questions am afraid, hence I ask them not for I fear a love's start in the end a no go. Am I insane such thoughts to fathom in my heart? Am I insane that I consider to love you? Am I insane that for you I yet yearn? Am I insane to discard fear to love you? This poem have I written to free my soul from the fright of love, the terrifier, yet advance I still wisely with all my wits. I hope that our hearts have not become too cold. -tibi scripsi.
