My little Christmas Tree, Made of artificial ferns and decorative lights, It is growing shorter year by year, Giving company to my shortening stature. A ong time ago, putting it up was a pleasure, Kids loved the ambiance, expectation of gifts, Pictures were taken, lost, and forgotten, Only survivor me and my lonely tree. A long time ago, it used to take a few minutes to set it up, Now it takes hours, who wants to drag the tree box, Still, when I set it up, I see a twinkle of hope in the lights galore, Merry Christmas And Happy New Year echoes from its core.

- Believe it or not... but I spent three days putting up and decorating my tree this week... not that it was a lot of work... but it didn't feel good - No, Christmas isn't what it used to be, Jay :) - hugs

Going through the emotions of Xmas rituals, a narrow bend, either way What Do The Lonely Do At Christmas? Lyrics, 'Tis the season to be jolly But how can I be when I have nobody The yuletide carol doesn't make it better Knowing that we won't be together. A silent night I know it's gonna be Joy to the world But it's gonna be sad for me" It's a beautiful little tree nonetheless with a sentimental poem, JAY. Wishing you "A Happy Xmas" and into the New Year blessings!! ~Anaya
