My Horse and I Passing By

My Horse and I Passing By Rode my horse for miles along countryside Out in open space which is always wide Down a pounded path and beside a stream Other places that about often did dream. Horse and I had ridden by a church For God in their hearts tried to search We still continued on and rode and rode Heard birds singing and sound of a toad At home, we both finally arrived at last; What had gone by was now in the past; God's earth were allowed to be living Our love and respect to Him are giving. The poem does reflect Frost. However, your work work stands on its own. One can see the bond of horse and rider.

Not only had we both been riding; Smoothly through air we were gliding; Momentous occasion soon would meet, We did love and wanted to repeat. Could feel horse muscles as the flexed, Not knowing what would happen next; Another hill and dale we did pass by Below a quant blue almost clear sky. After wearing selves out died Into sky would ride and ride Free of my fortune and fame; Horse, an angel, she became.
