My Garden

take a walk with me, through my garden let the blossoming abundance clear your mind and the sweet waters cleanse your soul let your roots intertwine with mine grounding you to the fields of tulips embraced by petals unaware of conditions a place you’ll be accepted as you are yet admired for all that you will become abandon the locked gates you once knew and come into my meadow open and free take steps through the wild flowers sprouting from the grounds deemed desolate and know that my beauty can’t be tainted by hands left on the outside
