My Fire Is Burning

My fire is burning and my coals are hot You’re the kindling that gives me light You’re the match that has lit my fire You’re the flame that touches my soul You’re the heat that keep’s me warm You’re the stove that holds my fire in You’re my stove pipe that reaches to the heavens You’re the smoke signal that shows me love Without you my heart would be cold Without you my life would be dark Without you I would not have a match to light my fire Without you my flame would be put out
