My Exceptional Dog

Did I tell you about my dog, how exceptional he is at mimicking my behavior? When there’s a knock at the door he’s right behind me. Or when I sit at the table – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – he’s by my chair waiting for a treat. And when I head for the bathroom, no matter the time, he follows me and drops on the rug till I finish. It’s the same with our morning walk, he waits patiently to be leashed so we can enjoy the walk together. Of course, he’s not perfect, so when he poops on the living room rug or pees on the kitchen floor, please understand he’s not mimicking my behavior.
