My Ex Friends Lovers

MY EX FRIENDS LOVERS A friend of mine was having an affair, To her husband, speak, I would not dare, She was a very good friend of mine, But I knew that she was out of line, Only for her lover she did care. My friendship with her cooled off, Her heart no longer, a lily white dove, My husband told me to ignore it all, Perhaps she didn’t intend to fall, But we know that He knew, from above! She suddenly stopped her blooming affair, Which she described as nothing but hot air, And started another one yesterday, Decided that I had nothing more to say, Feel so relieved that she out of my hair!

Our Creator has made even siblings different. Some sisters will remain a virgin whilst others fill the need for promiscuity. Ours is not to judge our Creator's designs, but to wish all an healthy, happy, and a productive life as a parent continues to love their child despite that child's behaviour! You could still learn much about life from your ex-friend's behaviour! Aloha! Rico

As a woman it is a hard choice to make keeping quiet or spilling the beans. Either way you lose a friendship. Thank goodness this has not happened to me, don't know how I would react in a situation like this, but I think I would spill the beans. Kim

I was tempted to Kim, but as Elias said - it was none of my business, and what would happen if the husband choose to believe his wife if she denied everything and he loved her so much that she could do no wrong! Then I would have created a situation! No, glad I didn't get involved! Hugs, Jennifer.

It's a shame your friendship had to end, but she put you in an awful spot. I think you did the right thing by not getting involved, Jennifer, and I can understand why you ended the friendship. I was close to a couple who brought their children to my home to swim in the pool often. When she started messing around, I couldn't bear to be around them. They are still together and I don't think he ever found out. A sad and meaningful poem. Hugs, Carolyn

It is amazing to me what people sometimes tell you what you frankly never want to know. It puts you in a predicament also; so I do not understand the "why" of it.

Hi Line, Her husband is a very good human being and we became family friends as we were neighbours. Hi Lindsay, We somehow fell into the trap of becoming family friends with neighbours which for us has never worked out. I suspected something fishy but when she flippantly told me the truth I stopped in my tracks as a cat does with her paws and claws outstretched! I said a hurried goodbye and bumped into her at the supermarket when she began to tell me of lover number two, imagine how many more before. I delightedly told her we were moving soon. You are right Tom, a partner can't keep on cheating, the other one will cotton on sooner or later. And imagine, losing everything, even probably custody of your children. A wild irresponsible gamble on her side. Enjoy your Sunday, all the best Tom, Jennifer.
