My Beloved Mother
She’s the only one I adored,
Other people cannot see.
My beloved mother so dear,
Her unconditional love for me,
Wrinkled hand for over-worked,
Her tired soul wants to take a rest
But for the sake of our family,
She spread her wings and did her best.
Blessed to have a shoulder to cry on,
To soothe my weary spirit, I’m proud,
God send her as my guardian angel,
Your heart is as white as a cloud.
As the sun set on the horizon,
Faded beauty, weak body and mind,
Shadows of yesterday, a memory to look beyond,
You are my strength; you are one of a kind
You are now in the hands of our Lord,
My mother, my hero who always there,
May you rest in eternal peace,
I cherished all your sacrifices forever.
From your beloved daughter
