My Beloved Cat Zion - Happy Update

I recently wrote a poem My Beloved Cat, when my 16 year old cat went missing on August 25th. Miraculously he was found and he is home safely with me today! :) A kind woman had found him near her house 2 miles from where I live. She was kind enough to feed him for the last 6 days, even though he would not come to her. She called the shelter and I had already notified them, so they contacted me today. I was able to go there and call out to him and he returned in my arms! If my muse comes back, maybe I will add an additional poem about reuniting! Thank you to those who have supported me on this here and everywhere else! Prayers have been answered! :)) Also a special thanks to poet Sandra Weiss for a very special card!

And the cat came back!... Happy! Happy! Happy!... Wunderbar!...I'm very glad he came back Heidi...I love kitty cats...god bless the woman who made it happen...is his name Happy?...love & kitty cats...^WW^

Yes! A miracle happened. It was almost a month! Oh, actually no, his name isn't happy lol. I had added it as a happy update. His name is Zion. Yes the reunion was a combination of contacting the shelter and then the woman helping had also contacted the shelter who contacted me. She is a blessing. My 16 year old cat was a bit traumatized from this ordeal, but he is ok now! :) Thank you!

Not sure he is thinking that right now, he is so happy to be home , not wanting to leave my side, etc. lol

Thank you M.L. Yes, she is a blessing and she also called the shelter i had notified and took photos...so we were able to be reunited. :)

Thank you Vijay. I certainly am, yes. It is so shocking. It was a long worrisome ordeal and I felt lost without him. He is very vocal, very bonded. I am so happy he is home :)

Hi Tom. Thank you so much. Yes , he certainly is. He will not leave my lap and plenty to say too. He will only go to rest briefly, then looks at me, talks and returns again. He is a bit traumatized from all this. Although he was always very attached to me :)
