Mr R Reindeer
Mr. R. Reindeer had always pined for his own Christmas tree.
He was in the oak forest, lamenting – oh me, oh, my, oh me!
We’ll help you out said his friends, the bunnies and squirrels.
I will help you also, said a tiny human girl with blonde curls.
They worked hard finding the right tree on that December day
To change Mr. R. Reindeer’s happiness back to merry and gay.
The tree that they found began to sing a Christmas carol.
I’m glad we decorated this one! Said Mr. R’s musical wife, Merrill.
