Morning Frost
Looking out on the frosty fields
with no green grass in sight
whiteness covers all in view
such bleakness through the night
But look over there in the sky
bright yellow circle shows through
really warm glow feel it's effect
such radiance feels like all new
Such a picture of our lifes
when it's cold and frosty blue
all our green fully covered up
bitten by life's frost no sign of dew
But the sunshine is way up there
looking down planning it's assault
making the frost to vanish away
fully beaming from it's endless vault
(Some thoughts enjoying bus trip from Glasgow to Perth in Scottish Highlands the other day.)
