Moon Dust

Once upon a time my mother read me tales of princesses who joined with their prince - fairy tale romance. Wishing on stars, I hoped my prince was out there too. He hung the moon. What magic when life held such promise! I was spurred by . . . dreams. Love! It filled my mind. A young girl, I asked for just the moon! I longed for it. I searched for it. How elusive it seemed to be. Once found, it often disintegrated quickly, for it was - after all - simply the moon dust of dreams. Oh, you blow me away with your wonderful imagination, Andrea! Not easy to take anything from here to comment on, It stands so well together. Lovely ending, "simply the moon dust of dreams", it makes it so complete!..You asked, I had 4 sisters.:) I'm trying to think what the coloured halo is...the aura? I think the aura might be like a moon stone. Best wishes, Mikki

If Hoagy Carmichael were alive today, he would appreciate this write. In case you don't know who he was, he was the composer of the song "Stardust".
