Momma In the Kitchen Thanksgiving

Stability with direction Turning and swiveling Never in a backward tilt Wheels always turning Sprinkling and seasoning With sugar and spice A dash and dab here and there Creating a master peace delight 350 degrees 20lbs. 5 hours Trimmer set Turkey is dressed Pumpkin pie is next Blending and mixing homemade crust Hot Homemade bread still in the oven Butter waiting to be spread Smells of food cooking While the men are still sleeping The Turkey may be burnt The bread eaten and the pie? Who cares Mommy is drinking spiked eggnog
