I took the paper from the Mindful Meditation on February 26, 2016 what Minful means, I divided each paragraph to create a Light poetry of what Mindfulness is so enjoy reading.

Mindfulness practice can anchor us in the present moment Mindfulness allows us to notice what actually is We are encouraged to talk about our depression How powerful it can be in our lives Mindfulness slows us down Points out that we all have choices as to how to respond to our depressed moods We can choose behaviors that reduce depression’s hold on to us Mindfulness allows us to see how fantasy takes over our life Our fantasies about food sex Revenge Who said what to whom Or that we are going to do when we are done practicing all of these thoughts can keep us on auto-pilot Take over our minds
