Me and my mindfulness. My present thoughts, the sounds and feelings; a sort of deep meditation, whether standing or sitting down I am aware of the moment and sounds. Right now a wild wind is blowing outside, it is howling and screaming through the trees. But when it takes a rest there is deep silence, and a soft murmuring of background noises. I smell lavender from a candle burning, there is tranquility within my home. I like the feel of my work chair, the satin feel of the wood; there is a cold draft. Love this mindful, day within, me.

I like the diamond design shape with the deeper meaning in the lower part being darker indicating deep thought. Reads like a good contender for the contest to me. I think Brian will like this one.
