Mindfulness
I assume the lotus
Ground myself
Pray
I breathe in
I breathe out
I breathe in light
I breathe out light;
I drop down into mindfulness…
Beautiful light
Growing Brighter
Growing bigger
I am one with flame
Dancing with flame
I feel the warm energy;
I breathe in
I breathe out
I breathe in light
I breathe out light;
I and light are one...
One with the light
One with the universe
I am one.
