Mindful Living
Mindful steps I take each morning on my way to work
Mindful is the way I eat paying homage to the food I observe
Mindful is my state of mind when days get hard and stressed
Mindful I act when I have the opportunity to show kindness
Mindful practice keeps the soul at peace and fills the heart with love
Mindful is a practice that none of us can ever do enough.
