Mindful
Meet with sure ease true love that shows,
Indulge right here that calmness still;
Now seize fond peace with mindful know,
Deep breaths can clear the heavy will;
Feel in your soul a timeless space,
Urge joy to flood your heart most light;
Live a calm whole that soothes your face.
Mark surge of blood in feeling right,
Observe the touch of serene stance;
Mind deeper now as touch sets free,
Echo as such stillness of dance;
Note fond endow in blissful spree,
Taste wonder then where beauty spores,
Sense being when truth reveals more.
