For Mark Toney's Englyn Contest. (straight one-rhymed Englyn) 1. Englyn has four lines, and one main rhyme. The syllable count is 10, 6, 7, 7 and the rhyme first occurs in either the sixth, seventh, eighth, or ninth syllable of the first line (a) (mine is 'un' - the eighth syllable) and is repeated in the final syllable of the three remaining lines. 2. The last half of the first line (b) after the rhyme can alliterate (or rhyme) within the first half of the second line. (Mine is with the short 'oo' sound.)
Listen to poem:
Lose mind in the scuff that is underfoot, trust soot can be outrun. In dreams' cascade, burdens shun - the art of wild abandon.

Your time was well spent my friend. You know those dreams can make you too wildly abandon, without burden and fancy free. I hope you have shoes on. Loved it from beginning to end. Dont think you will need luck. But GL any way.
