It came sweetly upon midnight's breath, that turned seasons from green to brown, and brought the pre-dawn warblers to chirp a merry song... nestled securely on, around, and in-between fall's brisk breeze.

thank you, dear Ink, for your positive and uplifting comments. This was my first Nonet, and I was pretty pleased with it. I'm glad you found that the words flowed seamlessly...I wasn't sure. I think you, too, have an unparalleled ability to paint beautiful images with your words. Your eloquence and sincerity captivate me as well. I'll take a look at your contest over the next couple of days...thanks for letting me know about it. Have a pleasant evening, Sara

Sara, you did an excellent job. The melodious song of sparrows greeting the day fills the hedges outside. A soft breeze transports the beautiful aroma of the changing seasons through the silence of the evening air, transforming the vivid hues of green into the earthy tones of brown. The warblers join in as morning approaches, filling the air with a beautiful symphony of joyous chirping. They tuck themselves securely among the trees, seeking refuge in the cold autumn breeze that dances through the foliage.

thanks for your wonderful comments, dearest Sotto. I'm grateful you heard and saw the melody I hoped to create with my first Nonet. I thought of it yesterday while I was out walking early in the morning...a brisk morning and I witnessed the birds seeking refuge behind the shrubs in front of our house...sorry I rambled. Thank you for your consistent and kind support. Have a lovely day, Sara
