Midnight Lullaby

Listen to poem:
ivory stars stay silent, soaring into a midnight lullaby- gleaming toward tomorrow; fearing not death, accepting the universe as their eternal fate softly, stardust f a l l s below... and I am in awe stars ignite where depth knows not an end, where light and dark dance creating an aria of kaleidoscopic brilliance clouds gather to see the shooting stars; oceans divide and ravens sing tunes of cosmic beauty as I lay upon my bed watching the stars soar by, I feel the gentle solace of a midnight lullaby Shooting Stars Contest August 11, 2019

Lu Loo, Beautiful and artistic gift of a poem for us this Sunday. You weren't perchance inspired by Acker Bilk's Aria? -Richard
