I agree with you, Sara K. We're seeing hints of green in our grass and buds on the trees. I can smell spring ! Have a delightful evening, Sara B.

A beautiful haiku, Sara. A bright sunrise is a reminder that even in the depth of winter, there is hope of a new day.

Ah, i lost my first comment somehow, anyhow this is my second attempt, just wanted to highlight how seamlessly your alliterations flow and how your words are as always soulful, and so deeply moving, with an evocative touch. I love always how you find the perfect pictures to go with your poems and also how you express leaves an impression for us readers to grasp and appreciate. Definitely a new fave, as you are queen of haiku, i admire your poetic skills, and wish i could write like you! Love it

That poem gives a perfect thought with the sun's promise. The photograph adds a sad element. It's very questing.

Your Haiku is truly remarkable, dear Sara. You have masterfully portrayed the starkness of bare trees and the lingering essence of spring through captivating imagery and carefully selected language. I am grateful for your insightful remark regarding the computer, though I am relieved to inform you that it has been restored to its rightful place. It appears that we have become so reliant on its presence that we can hardly imagine a world without it.

thanks for your kind words about my Haiku, dearest Sotto. I'm grateful your computer has been restored! Hooray! I agree. I can't imagine life without my computer -- it connects me to folks around the world, to words, to doctors--you name it. Have a splendid day! your poetess friend in Texas, Sara
