Memories
Memories are often made unawares
Without due notice in their prime,
As we quickly move from this to that,
We hardly recognize them at the time.
Focusing on the next thing, after all,
Sometimes crowds out the present
In the present we are experiencing
What only tomorrow will fond recall.
