Melancholy

Feeling a touch of melancholy today.. Do I need to know why? Do I need to know how? Quite often the intellectual mind takes over. As to why I feel a touch of melancholy.. A touch of melancholy it is.. Followed by a side of feeling the blues.. No intellectualizing is necessary here It just simply is.. Need not chase the melancholy blues away.. By chasing it.. It may just return with a vengence. Instead.. Go with the flow Apply a sprinkle of loving care.. Along with an embrace.. An act of love is always an answer.. Tomorrow is another day.. Tomorrow is a new day.. The sun shall rise tomorrow at dawn.. Dawn's early magnificent light.. Feeling a touch of melancholy today.. Tomorrow a joyful, bright, cup of cheer awaits me..

I like this. First I like the word 'melancholy' for some reason. Second, a great approach... feel it and move on. Not good for me to dwell too long with any emotion. Enjoyed this, was like experiencing it with you.
