Maze
In the labyrinth of the city
You may lose your way
Among tall buildings, grimy and gritty
Where pollution turns the skies gray
In the concrete jungle a puzzle remains
Within the sinuous maze of people and trains
But her paths lead her to a buttercup's glow
She smiles to see her daisies grow
Along the wall her petals blush
Lost within beauty's hush
If you are trapped in the city's gloom
She invites you to come to beauty's bloom
For such loveliness she is yearning
Her morning glory is twisting and turning
A delicate flower in a place that offers no pity
But she has a garden in the city
