Maybe Instead

Maybe Instead Maybe, instead, today, we can live in it, Or rather, experience all there is to it. Maybe, instead of yearning for poetic verse, We can live in what cannot be described. Where nature shrouds humanity, no words can go. Let’s take what’s in front of us here and now, Forget the words, the verses, the order of it all, Forget the rhyme and some metaphysical ghost. Maybe, instead, today, breath in all of life deeply, Smell the lingering scent of springs flowery spices. Watch, as all of mankind constantly hovers about, And maybe, instead, today, whatever words creep in, Dismiss them.
