Great thoughts on math, Andrea. I managed a B in College Algebra; but I asked myself, why would an Elementary Education major even take such an crazy elective? It was a summer session and not a lot were offered. Kudos on your win.

I agree most folk don't need to be a maths genius, just enough to work out their pay packet is correct lol. For me geometry is an everyday requirement. Take care, Richard

Andrea, Lost in math., we all can. In physics the symbol k, a constant and inverse square dependence of electric force, AKA the spring constant. As Coulomb's law symbol, the k is special. It is proportionally constant. That is why they call it 'special k'. -Richard

I had very bad teachers. I think I was getting algebra but then as it got harder and harder, the new teacher I got could not seem to explain it clearly. Geometry forget it. the teacher was a football coach and used most of our classtime discussing the football games! anyway, I never in my life have had to use algebra or geometry. I do not even understand the need of it for ordinary people!!

I once thought I would go to advanced Maths. It was all Greek for me. You build that pleiade very well. I thought these poems were called Epulaeryu. ~~
